Wow! I've never had potatoes served like this! You would maybe only get something like this at a 3 Michelin star restaurant. This is a must try. You really struggle to tell what this food truck is serving, which does a huge disservice to what is actually crafted here. Without doubt the most fancy fried potato you will ever eat and unbelievably delicious. Something I'll remember for a long time. Just get better signage and maybe add some photos?

We stopped by to try the potato with truffle mayo, salt, and pepper — and wow. Simple, but perfectly done. Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and that truffle mayo? Next level. Just the right touch of indulgence.

Also, shoutout to the owner — not just a friend, but someone who clearly cares about quality and flavor. Proud moment seeing him smash it with food this good. Highly recommend popping by if you're in the area!

Located in a cool outdoor courtyard at the Boatyard next to the Beach House. Picnic tables, cozy, lovely. Fantastic food. Bougie potatoes that taste delicious. Takes 7 mins so give yourself time, worth it!
